• audit of the structure technical parameters, this includes testing of servers operating speed and checkup of the technical infrastructure of the Customer;
• examining of compatibility of the Customer’s information systems with implemented Oracle software, for the further module integration with other information systems.

Within the framework of implementation EBS Partners AG offers training and instruction services for the Customer-company specialists.

2. Sale of licenses

EBS Partners AG as Oracle certified partner sells licenses for the corporation software.

Technical support of the licensable Programs is provided by Oracle company within one year and is bought together with licenses. After the term of technical support is finished, it could be prolonged for next annual period.

EBS Partners AG company will help to choose the optimal metrics of licensing depending on the number of Oracle products users that will allow to reduce costs for purchasing and maintenance of licenses.

3.     IT-outsourcing (maintenance)

EBS Partners AG provides services on CIS (corporate information system) operational maintenance, within the terms of the service level agreement.
